from previous employor,mean you work illegally.
2,No,exceipt you have an EAD
3,If your previous employor file another fulltime H1 petition for you,& the petition get approval later, will revoke current H1 status.
4,If you have an EAD,or have two part-time H1 meanwhile
should be OK
