"inspection" 的汉语意思是 “调查”。美国著名的 FBI,其中 I 就是 inspection。这个问题是问你是否由于违反了移民法（比如非法入境，逾期居留，非法打工等）而被移民局调查过。被调查就说明有了犯罪的嫌疑。“随风飞扬”的理解是错误的。
