Urgent! Where to file I-539?

我的公司在东部，I-129应file在Vermont, 公司律师也在3/21 file在Vermont, 但receipt notice (3/26)上却是在CSC, 会不会是因为公司律师事务所（outside counseling）在西部的缘故？

现在给我spouse file I-539, 根据instructions也应该file在我I-129 pending的CSC, 但我的I-129将来有可能被转到Vermont吗？
