485已交，我是主申请人，老婆是h-1，能否让老婆辞职？

如果辞职，她是算什么身份？aos?我们3月递交的ead,ap,以及485申请，老婆的老板现在比较变态，能不能干脆在家里呆着，等到ead拿到再找别的工作？不需要把她转成h-4吧？
