用EAD工作，公司或学校用向移民局报告马？

I-140 approved, I-485 pending. EB-2/NIW

If I use EAD to work for a company or university, do they need to send anything to the INS? Do they have to copy my passport? Just renewed the passport and lost the old one. Worried if this will affect the application for the new job.
