小白兔，请教问题 before book ticket


H1B holder.
now apply for LC,for EB2 by company.
1. If try EB1 by myself,when is the good time to do, after get I140?
2. If I 140 was apply for this summer, can My child go back china for visite(H4 holder and Canadian)?
3. If I fill out I140, can I (canadian) go back china this summer??
