what does this letter mean (from FBI)?

"A review of the FBI's Name check program database revealed that your request was received from the USCIS on XXX XX 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on April 5, 2007. The results were forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington DC."

Does this mean I have to go to local office for interview?
Does naybody have the same experience?
