Thanks! more question, if i go back to old employer, what about the three month gap when i was with my current employer. Will the gap impact my I-140 and I-485?
Do i need transfer H1-B back?
When I filed my Labor certificate was under EB-3, but my lawyer said I could advance to EB-2 since i have Master degree, is that true?
