我公司一中国同仁2006年1月申请的EB2不用了, 公司可以给我. 我的情况是: 我持加拿大护照, TN VISA 在美国干IT. 请教各位大侠, 我还要申请H1B 吗? 如果不用, 我要申请劳工卡吗? 或者说在EB2到期之前,我应干些什么? 先谢了.
