Xiao bai-tu et al. comment on update of I-485/140

I140 along with i485 were denied 40 days ago and then ted appeal. The appeal case was transferred to AAO in washington one months ago. However, two times of updates for my 485 was posted on the web in the last month: It is saying: "The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that was transferred to our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location is now pending there".

Please give me your comments, is my 485 still aliving?
