法居士，假博士请进。 我的做法正确吗？谢指教。

本人H1身份， 护照上没有stamp. 夏季需去加拿大开会， 逗留一周。 关于这次旅行我打算这样做：
1，入境加拿大，可通过邮寄方式在加拿大驻美国领事馆申请得到入境签证；
2，返回美国， 我不想在加拿大申请H1,因为如果被拒，会有很多麻烦。 我可以持有效的I-94 form 回美。

请问我的计划可行吗？ 有更好的建议吗?
