but the effort the company will put. H1 and all company sponsored GC will take lots of effort of the company. It's going to be very hard for the employee to drive the whole process. If you do not want to sign the agreement, use the effort to find a better job, in a larger company. At the end, it all about a better live. If you are not satisfied with the company, why wasting time, just for a card?
