请教小白兔：485 pending 超过180天，换工作，postdoc 及其他。

我的情况是，EB2，非NIW，140 approved, 485 pending 过180天。现面临lay-off.我知道我可以找same or similar 工作。我有以下问题请教小白兔大师：
1）新工作postdoc 是否包括在内？我目前是R&D chemist. 如果postdoc可以，我是否必须找化学相关的？另外postdoc薪水低是否可以？
2)关于same or similar 工作：是必须R&D,或必须chemist, 还是必须是both?如果新工作title是Scientist or Engineer, 但工作内容的确same or similar to the old one, 是否可以通过新雇主信件来证明？
3)新工作薪水必须达到多少，有没有link 可查？
