2nd finger print question, thank you

My first finger print was Nov.2005. So far I haven't recieve my second finger print notice yet.
Is it normal? I heard that the 2nd one should be 15 month later than the first one. It's been
17 month. Is anyone in similar situation? Please share. Thank you!
