今天收到FBI关于我的NAMECHECK的回信。请教小白兔。一点体会。

A review of the FBI's National Name Check Program database revealed that your request was recieved from USCIS on April 27, 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on March 23, 2007. The results weere forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington DC.

1. 为什么说是我的request？

2. 能否解读name check is clear?

3. 为什么要把结果送给USCIS总部？而不送给TSC?

一点体会：

由于我的CASE他们的确搞乱了，可能劳拉办公室转信件比较及时（2月份给劳拉写信）；
Name check可能牵扯到原所在国，信里面有句话---The NNCP conducts a search to identify any information contained in FBI records that maybe associated with an individual and provides the information to another goverment entity.

不知道为什么要提供information 给（TO）another goverment entity？
