Suggestion needed for coming

I should have asked my question here...

I am planning to go back China in May for one month. But my hu*****and is going to file an application for Green Card in April. Is it too risky for me to get Visa back to USA?

I am currently holding a F1 visa, a PhD student in EE. I was F2.
