小白兔和其余所有大侠，请问

I filed I140 and I485 concurrently. I am in H1 status and the primary applicant of Green Card. My wife is in OPT (F1) status right now until 8/15 and will be in H1 status from 10/1(she has applied H1) and she is not going to apply EAD. I have one question, if my I140 is denied:
1) Can she still stay here and have F1 status.
2) Is there any affect on her H1 application
