several questions here

assume that your wom is for 485 and PRO SE:

think about the following questions
1)is your case really unreasonable delay (longer than 2 years)?
2) do you know who is your AUSA and how to contact your AUSA?
3) are you preparing Opposition to MTD and prepare to go to hearing yourself if you are PRO SE?
4)what will you do if your judge order you to hire a lawyer?
5)do you have enough time (I mean not just weekend, you may need a lot of work time) to do everything yourself?

if you have very solid answers to above questions, then congratulations, you are well-prepared for your fight and you will have more chance to win your case the in the end.
