EB3,485 approved, total 6 years include WOM 5 months

NC: 11/2003 (start pending)
FP: 2004, 2005, 2006

File WOM: 10/2006

File 60 天后, CIS 要求30 days 延期因为NCstill pending. After 30 days extenson, CIS提出上庭,hearing 是定在60天之后.在hearing 的前五天被CIS告知NC已过并要求再给30天办理approval. 60+30+60=150 days

一周后,receive Approval notice and card mailed message.

奉劝心灵脆弱,身体虚弱者谨慎考虑fiel WOM. file 了就不要怕hearing.因为即便败诉,case只是回到原有状态,你该怎么等还怎么等,CIS该怎么批还怎么批.
