上午才发了贴咨询？下午就收到deny letter!被拒的理由如下：1)on the notice to appear for interview, the beneficiary was advised that a current letter of employment would be needed for the sponsor of the I864, the petitioner. The beneficiary failed to bring this evidence to interview as instructed. The reason for the request was the between tax filings of 2005 and date of interview, the petitoner changed emplyment and the new wages would be needed to dermine if the petitioner met the minimum income threshold or if a joint sponsor would be necessary.2)the district director finds that the applicant has failed to establish by any reasonable measure that she ia able to meet the minimum income standards provided in the poverty guidelines.Accordingly, because the applicant appears to be inadmissible pursuant to section212(a)(4) of the Act, the applicant's application appears for permanent resident is denied.
This denial may not be appealed, however, the applicant may file a motion to reconsider pursuant to title 8, code of Federal regulation, sectyion 103.5with a $385 fee within 30 days of this decision.

这个移民官太过分了，一这个理由拒婚姻base 的绿卡。我该怎么办？
