That is what I thought, because you did not prepare

material very well. I am not sure you need hire one now or not, but you must prepare everything their asked for very carefully. Did you change you job during pending? I think the publications, the awards and the promotion etc will help you a lot. It seems to me that officers don't think you have a permnant job here.
