紧急求助！E-File Texas材料接收问题

上星期三efile,昨天把材料express mail到Texas的P.O.Box 851391。今天上网track,被告知"We attempted to deliver your item at 10:33 AM on April 3, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender."
请问e-file几天之内必须寄出材料？我如果等second delivery fail之后再寄一份材料，还来得及吗？
站内考古，发现上个月也有同样情况，不知后来如何处理的。
