I absolutly dont believe he is an terrorist. A chinese
student just graduated 3 months. And I know him very
much. Also right now after 911, terrorist suspect can
be held for as long as DOJ decided without trial. It
is not that difficult to get in jail if American dislikes you and find some tiny problems on you.
