45day letter是案子们进了backlog center做了data entry挂上号以后发给雇主的信, 问这案子还办不办了, 限45天回信, 要是不回就自动取消. 您既然收到打广告的指导, 那45天信这一步就过去了.
您发过广告淘汰了申请人写好报告交上去, 批准快的两星期, 慢的没准, 但现在差不多都比较快.
