陈丹虹事务所 做的国内学历evaluate可以么？

公司给我办H1，但是我需要用国内的硕士和本科学历，
所以想找一个地方给我做学历的evaluate。
打电话问了陈丹虹事务所，要$150，我问一下，他们是合法的evaluate 机构么？
他们做的evaluate, 移民局会接受么？
