没有AP可以回国吗？

我现在是H4,485pending.2月份递了AP，一直没有消息，也不知道什么时候可以拿到。6月份的机票已经买好了，假如到了6月份还拿不到AP,我可以回去吗？回去的话，还可以申请H4VISA吗?
还有,假如6月份以后收到了AP,我可以让我美国的亲戚寄回到中国吗? 谢谢各位的建议!
