请教小白兔和其他朋友，关于I140和H1延期的问题，谢谢

我的I-485排期已到，我正在准备I-140和I-485的材料。我想I-140用premium办理，同时我的H1在今年11月六年到期，我又想申请H1延期。问了公司的律师。他的答复如下：

We can premium process your I-140 petition, but I do not think that it will do much good, as you are not technically allowed post 6th year extensions of your H-1B visa because you are eligible to apply for your adjustment of status (the EAD card enables you to work).

我不知道律师说的technically allowed是什么意思？我在这看了一些贴子，好象H1和EAD可以同时拥有。为什么我的律师说不行呢？还有为什么H1不能六年延期会影响到I-140的premium办理呢？
