我是EB１－A，最近收到USCIS的RFE。我该怎么回复？

(i) Please explain how the beneficiery's accompalishments are different from their peers as it relates to the above criteria. Please explain further how this rises to the level of extraordinary ability.

(ii) Please explain beveficiery' original scientific contributions, while the research is considered important it does not rise to the level of extraordinary or could be considered a significant impact in the field.

The beneficiary is not unique or different from their peers who do similar work. Explain how does the beneficiary separate herself from their peers who do similar work.

另外还想请问

（１） 专利申请在EB１－A中是很重要吗？

（２） 需要将TITLE POST－DOC 换成RESEARCH ASSISTANT PROF， OR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE？

（３） 需要出具是REGULAR REVIEWER的信吗？

（４） 我提交了１０份推荐信（１中国，１加拿大，３美国教授，２美国公司），我还需要递什么样的信？

（５） 我老板还能给我帮什么忙？
