I knew you send out on 1/3, what stage you are now ? you dismiss your case, or still hang on there ? Did US attorney say anything after 60 days, or you have to contact with them ?

I send out all summons to defendants and US attorney, still wait for the receipts.

my case: NIW RD:3/2004, AD: 4/2004 485: RD: 7/2004, name check send to FBI on 8/5/2004, still pending
