在该表的 II. Instructions for the Physician Performing the Examination中这样说:"While in your presence, the applicant must also sign the form in the space provided. You should retain one copy for your files and return all other copies in a sealed envelope to the applicant for presentation at the immigration interview."
这是否表示不需同时file I-693,而是等interview时再带去?
