AP 申请，请问这正常吗？

3月6日，网上同时提交了我女儿和我的AP申请，随后又寄去照片等补充材料。

今天收到电子邮件通知，我的AP已批准，并于昨日寄出。我上网检查我女儿的申请，it says" case received and pending".

我觉得奇怪，为什么同时递交却只有一个申请得到批准？有人遇到类似的情况吗？
