NSC I-140 withdrawal要多长时间?

发现I-140 有很严重的错误,想撤回重新递.撤回申请都递了俩个多星期了,CASE STATUS动都没动.听律师说,不收到NOTICE不能重新递.我真烦了, 这要是等上几个月,我身份都有问题了,现在都H1B第六年了. 问一下有经验的, withdrawal notice要多长能收到?不收到NOTICE能重新递吗?
