回复：NSC doesn't have a public telephone number since Sept 11

Xiaobaitu, I forgot to mention that I put in a service request on Feb. 12 when I called the 1 800 number to check my case status. Yesterday I received a letter form USCIS saying the background check is still pending. Have you heard anything like this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
