FBI said 485 Name Check finalized, USCIS said no, HELP!

I received a letter from FBI saying that my name check was finalized on Jan. 27. Also, I went to INFOPASS on Feb. 16 and was told the name check result was entered in their system on Feb. 12. However, when my lawyer contacted the officers at USCIS, she was told that my background check was still pending. Does anybody have any idea what is going on here? Anything I can do to solve this discrepancy?
