小孩回国及回美问题

大虾们,

太太和刚满一岁的小宝年前回国过年,打算4月份接他们回来, 不知道小鬼(美国护照)从中国出关时有没有什么要求? 还有,她在国内呆三,四个月, 由于是美国护照,要不要办什么东西?

请大家帮忙.
