焦急请教xiaobaitu及各位,万分感谢

我妈妈是去年9月来美,入关只给个3个月,我于10月给我妈妈办延期,直到现在网上还有电话都是pending.我在几个星期前给uscis打过电话,被告知等消息,可没想到今天收到一封信,从TSC来的(我们的case在那儿处理),上面说

A review of our system show that the petition/application was denied a notice was mailed to you on 11-18-06.XM158.

这倒底是怎么回事啊?刚刚又到网上,还有打电话查了查,case还是pending.应该怎么办啊?会不会影响我妈以后的签证啊?
