Good news (may be) to share

EB2 (NIW) filled 3/2005, FP 30/08/05, stuck in NC. I wrote a letter to Mrs Bush. Today got a surprised letter as follow:
Your letter date December, 2006 toXXXX, concerning name check status for immigration purposes, was forward to the department of justice and subsequently refered to FBI ro reply. A review of FBI's name check program database revealed that your request was received from USCIS on March, 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on March, 2007. The results were forwarded to the USCIS headquarters, Washington, D.C.
Good sign for me? Thank first lady.
