My friend is in China. I have applied for US citizenship here but still waiting for FBI name check, which I was told would take unpredicted long time.
If we marry now, it will be more difficult for her to come to US, since I am a greencard holder and she won't be able to get non-immigration visa then.
Is there any other way to allow her to come to US soon? We are looking for the way without needing her to have to study or work with F1 or H1.
I own and run a small company in US. I was wondering if this may help, or any other possible ways?
