485pending快三年了该怎么办, 紧急请教小白兔等高手

EB2 140 2005年批准, 2004年5月filed 485, 都在NEBRASKA中心. 打过三次指纹. 等待485期间, 给USCIS打过三次电话, 递交过两次补充材料, 有一次他们的回信是说NAME CHECK 没完成. 现在快三年了, 下一步该怎么办, 其他朋友是否也有类似的情况? 恳请指点! 非常感谢!
