Just read a post about "关于亲属移民". xiaobaitu, I have green card, my son has B2 visa in US
(1) Can I file 485 for him now? How long it takes?
(2) Before approval of 485, can he travel back to China?
(3) What different if I am citizen? (he is in US with B2 visa)
