触犯潜规则，请教xiaobaitu,

I ed I-485&I-130 for my parents after they came here 45 days in last OCT. I did come to infopass once and been told that their application was pending for FBI name check. After I read your 潜规则, I guess their case might pending because of the 潜规则. Will INS reject the I-485 application? Is there anything I can do right now?
