入籍问题再问

前几天发了帖子问有关入籍时间的问题，
在这里想再次请教一下各位专家，想得到一个明确的答案。

我老公的情况是2002年10月在广州面谈通过的移民签证，2002年12月第一次入境，2004年12月条件绿卡换成了绿卡，现在绿卡上
的日期也是2004年12月，那能够申请入籍的时间，4年
9个月之后，是从2002年10月算起，还是2002年12月，还是
2004年12月之后的三年？哪位专家能给一个确切的答复吗？
