help, please ---- question about my name for GC.

On my possport and I-20, my name is Xu Dadong (pinying)
But on my F-1 visa and SSN, it shows: Xu DA DONG.

It seems that my F-1 visa and SSN separate my Chinses name pinying into first and middle names.

Does this will cause problem for my green card application?

Anyone can give good advice? Do you have the same experience?
