H1B 现在不能网申 ETA 9035E?

现在不能网申 ETA 9035E?
刚才在http://www.lca.doleta.gov上填ETA 9035E表，从 10/01/2007 - 09/30/2010,试了很多次都说Section D Period of Employment, the begin date cannot be more than 6 months from today不能往下继续了，意思是10/1的 H1B 只能4/1填这个表，那大家是怎么在4/1前准备好材料的？
