Help !!! Will USCIS cancel GC ?

I got my GC through EB3 dependent 4 months ago. We were seperate for 2 years. My LG said if I file for divorce, he will write to USCIS that our marriage is faked. it's true, we have a 1.5 yr old boy and we were both F1 we got married.

would USCIS cancel my GC if he wrote something like that?
