请问:与AP, H1 有关的问题. 谢谢!

我是H1.(公司很稳定). 用我老公申请的AP回国.回来后还是在我原公司上班.请问:我是H1身份还是PAROLEE身份?问过几个律师.有的说还是H1,只要不换工作.有的说回来后,再申请一个H1.身份从PAROLEE转回H1.

请有经验的分享一下. 谢谢!
