请问: H1B批准表格上没有新的I94正常吗？

我02年8月以F1身份来美，06年5月申请H1B,10月批准，中间没有回国。我的I129批准表下方tearable portion只有一小条写着"The alien may use this portion when applying for a visa at an American consulate abroad, or if no visa is required, when applying for admission to the U.S."和其他一些case info。我原来的I94现在还有效吗？我是还应该用原来的I94是吗？
