请问xiaobaitu，我这样可以换工作吗？

请问xiaobaitu，我现在是H-1B，485 pending 1年，用过AP，现在"Name Check"中。现在想换当地的另一家公司，会长期派到中国工作。这样会对绿卡申请有影响吗？有什么特别手续需要办吗？或需要注意的吗？非常感谢
