H-1 with DOS J-1 waiver letter

My H-1 was approved March 2, in TSC with DOS recommendation letter. DOS sent the letter to TSC in Oct. 17 to TSC, but I have not receive either receipt or final approve notice from TSC. hope this information will help J-1 friends
