想带爸爸去Cruise, 请问可以入境吗？

B2 visa multiple entry for a year: 11/14/06-11/15/07

Plan to come to US again in September. Plan to get 6 months visa at the custom as last time.

Cruise time will be end of November to West Carribean including Mexico.

He will have a valid visa but his multiple entry visa will be experied, I think.

Can he still come back to the US?
